Attic Remodel
Our Roslindale clients needed room for two active teenagers and looked into the attic to expand. We added enough insulation to keep the new third floor warm in the winter and cool in summer. Building a separate shower room and lavatory is a “not-so-big” strategy for keeping the peace between kids getting ready for school. A new dormer allowed a sun-filled staircase and tucked away computer nook.
